- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check: We will save you both the time and cost of completing the Enhanced DBS Check necessary to allow the professional to work with vulnerable children or adults, minimizing potential delays and allowing them to start work right away.
- Completing of Comprehensive Training Course: Every staff member undergoes our mandatory, thorough training course, ensuring they meet both Blue Springs Healthcare standards and your company’s policies. This eliminates the need for you to conduct time-consuming and costly in-house training, so our staff can begin their roles immediately.
